The workshop will be held in Lean Coffee format, moderated by Enrico Maioli, and is aimed at UX researchers, designers, and digital professionals who are observing - or simply questioning - these changes. We will collect insights, reflections, and anecdotes from user research practice to build a more complete perspective grounded in concrete evidence.
